Our RORO Containers:
- 20 Yard RORO: Features lower sides for easy loading from any angle. Ideal for heavy waste like soil, concrete, and bricks. Can hold approximately 160-200 standard bin bags.
- 40 Yard RORO: Equipped with higher sides, perfect for loading with machinery or walking waste in through the rear door. Suited for lightweight and bulkier waste, with a capacity of around 320-400 standard bin bags.

Access Requirements
20 Yard RORO: Requires a minimum length of 40ft and a height clearance of 14ft. 40 Yard RORO: Needs a minimum length of 40ft and a height clearance of 18ft. Due to their size, RORO containers are not recommended for domestic sites and cannot be placed on the road.
What Can and Can’t Be Disposed Of
Acceptable Waste: Includes construction debris, bulkier materials, and lightweight waste. Prohibited Waste: Fridges/freezers, tyres, paint cans, asbestos, medical waste, fluorescent tubes, solvents, liquids, oil, batteries, and hazardous/toxic materials.
Service Options
Wait & Load: If space is limited, we can offer a Wait & Load service. Our price includes a 45-minute waiting time for loading on-site.
How It Works
Booking: Call us at 01442 233022 to book your RORO container. Our friendly team will assist you with your order and answer any questions. Payment: All RORO orders are paid for at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Cash payments are not accepted.
Waste Processing
Your waste will be transported to our dedicated transfer station in Hemel Hempstead, where it will be processed by our skilled team and diverted from landfill.
Hire Duration
The standard hire period for RORO containers is 28 days. For additional services or extensions, please contact our team.
